Engagement Program Manager

The Engagement Program Manager will oversee the implementation of individual/group activities engagement sessions for patients. This role involves planning and managing individual/group engagement sessions, maintaining records of patient performance, and ensuring smooth session execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage individual/group engagement programs for patients.
  • Coordinate logistics required for sessions, including data entry of patient assessment scores and performance.
  • Assess, report, and document patient performance during sessions.

Administrative Duties:
  • Manage program operations, including volunteer management and data analysis.

Education and Training:
  • Provide training to caregivers/volunteers on engagement activities.
  • Support staff in orientating new volunteers.

For success in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
