Healthcare Ambassador Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to engage with patients and provide information about our digital twin software medical device at GP clinics.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients to understand their needs and provide clear explanations about our offerings.

  • This role involves representing our organization positively and showcasing the benefits of our products and services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with patients in a friendly and approachable manner.

Provide clear explanations about our digital twin software medical device.

Address patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Support administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:

You must have excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.

Enthusiasm for talking to people and representing our organization positively is a must.

A professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability are essential for this role.

An interest in healthcare, technology, or customer service is beneficial but not necessary.

What We Offer:
  • This is a temporary role from September – December.
  • 20 hours per week (negotiable), with core availability Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm (flexible scheduling possible).
