Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Engagement Specialist. This exceptional opportunity will involve devising and implementing programs that drive patient involvement, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute key events that position us as a leader in patient engagement and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of members for our patient advocacy program
  • Manage and respond to feedback via designated channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in service operations, partnerships, and event management
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
