
Improving Patient Engagement Through Strategic Leadership

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive to join our team in the Group Office of Patient Experience. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving patient engagement and improving health services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Director in planning and executing programmes that enhance patient experience. This includes conceptualizing and implementing key events that position us as a leader in patient engagement and advocacy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, publicity, and vendor management for key events
- Cross-liaison with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patients
- Review of award criteria and presentation format
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network (SPAN) members
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in service operations, partnerships, and outreach
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and resourceful team player
- Meticulous with ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
