Strategic Patient Care Leader

This pivotal role enhances patient care and safety within a healthcare setting.
This individual will play a key part in planning and implementing strategic initiatives to improve clinical governance, quality of care, and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain a culture that prioritizes clinical quality and safety through effective communication, education, and training.
- Manage the incident reporting system, ensuring thorough follow-up on all incidents.
- Support data collection for scorecards and collaborate with clinical services to track performance indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biological Science, Applied Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
