Job Opportunity: Service Enhancement Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead service enhancements and drive continuous quality improvement. A strategic Communication Officer is required to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the patient experience.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Service Improvement Coordination: Coordinate hospital-wide initiatives, events, and programs that enhance the patient experience.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather insights on patient satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Analyze service feedback trends using data dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
- Communication and Presentation: Present findings to support evidence-based service enhancements and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related fields, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations.
- Skills and Abilities: Proven communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Results-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Data Analysis Techniques: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic data analysis techniques.
