Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our Office of Patient Safety. This pivotal role involves planning and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance clinical governance, quality, and patient care in a healthcare setting.
In this critical position, you will report directly to the Senior/Manager and assist in driving the planning and execution of key projects aimed at improving hospital performance and elevating the overall quality of care provided.
- Foster a culture of clinical quality and safety within the organization through effective communication, education, and training activities.
You will also manage the Incident Reporting System, ensuring thorough investigations and corrective actions by relevant parties.
In collaboration with the OPSQ team, you will contribute to developing and tracking clinical performance indicators, as well as participating in Quality Improvement (QI) activities to enhance departmental processes and elevate the overall quality of care provided.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biological Science, Applied Science, or any other healthcare-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with quality improvement, process enhancement, data analytics, clinical audits, or patient safety is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and oversee junior clerical staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SPSS or SAS is advantageous.
