Job Title: Client Support Specialist
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Executive plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless interactions between customers and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage corporate B2B customers and provide exceptional support to individual B2C customers.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to promptly resolve issues and ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from customers.
- Assist with administrative tasks and paperwork during periods of low activity.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in fundamental computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
