Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Executive plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless interactions between customers and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage corporate B2B customers and provide exceptional support to individual B2C customers.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to promptly resolve issues and ensure their complete satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from customers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and paperwork during periods of low activity.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in fundamental computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
