Job Title: Client Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer orders, and ensuring timely resolution of supply chain incidents.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Manage customer orders, including documentation and transport bookings, in accordance with routing and service level requirements.
- Monitor transport execution to guarantee compliance with work standards and instructions.
- Handle customer requests and manage supply chain disruptions effectively.
- Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
- At least one year of experience in supply chain, freight, or logistics.
- Able to work on weekends when required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full-time employment with a competitive salary.
