Client Support Specialist

The primary role of a Client Support Specialist is to provide exceptional support to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will be representing the company in a professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying and responding to client needs by providing technical advice, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing quotations and job orders as required.

You will also be responsible for liaising with controllers and contractors on service/repair quality and price of work, following up with workshops and contractors on the service/repair of vehicles, and updating the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with clients.

In addition, you will be expected to perform basic investigations into client complaints and rectify problems by coming up with recommendations within guidelines, escalating more pressing issues to supervisors as necessary.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-centric mindset, and good communication skills. You will also need to be proficient in basic MS Office and possess prior working experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a workshop or similar role.
