
Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to clients by sending report requests, tracking community service hours, and managing case records. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sending report requests to relevant agencies for Pre-Sentence Report cases.
- Tracking and calculating Community Service (CS) hours to monitor completion.
- Managing case records in the Case Management System, including uploads, conversions, and closures.
- Preparing and handling documents for case transfers, mailing, and filing.
- Printing, scanning, and emailing documents as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Legal Studies or other relevant discipline.
- Relevant experience in handling court administration will be advantageous.
- Immediate Starters are preferred.
- Candidates must be Singaporeans.
