Role Overview
As the
Deputy Spot Growth Lead
at Binance, you will take charge of growing the
spot trading market share , driving key business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position is pivotal in shaping the future of Binance’s spot trading business and enhancing its competitive edge in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth:
Lead the growth of Binance’s spot trading market share by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Strategy Planning:
Develop strategic roadmaps for business growth, considering market trends and user needs, in partnership with key stakeholders.
KPI Definition and Tracking:
Analyze data to extract valuable insights, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously improve business performance.
Optimize Operational Processes:
Build and refine high-efficiency daily operations systems to support the rapid expansion of the spot trading business.
Product and Tool Optimization:
Spearhead product and tooling initiatives to achieve business objectives and enhance user experience.
Cross-BU Alignment:
Partner effectively with various business units (BUs) to ensure cohesive strategies and optimal results across the organization.
Requirements
8-10 years
of relevant experience in the
financial or cryptocurrency industry , with a strong understanding of trading strategies, trade structuring, and cross-business unit collaboration.
Proficient in engaging clients for
sales pitches
and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, overcoming challenges with minimal supervision, and providing guidance to junior team members.
Strong
data-driven mindset , with the ability to analyze and leverage data to drive business solutions.
Exceptional
critical thinking ,
communication skills , and a highly
driven
mindset with a fast learning curve.
