Role Overview As Deputy Spot Growth Lead , you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of Binance's Spot trading business , working closely with cross-functional teams to scale product adoption, improve KPIs, and optimize operations. Your leadership will directly impact Binance’s market position and user experience in the core exchange business. Key Responsibilities Lead Spot Market Growth : Own and grow Binance’s spot trading market share by identifying key opportunities and executing growth strategies Strategic Planning : Leverage deep understanding of market trends and user behavior to develop roadmaps and business strategies KPI Tracking & Insights : Define, monitor, and improve performance metrics using data analysis Operational Excellence : Develop a high-efficiency daily operation system to support business scaling Product and Tools : Partner with product and engineering teams to optimize internal tools and user-facing features Cross-functional Alignment : Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple Business Units to align on strategic objectives and outcomes Requirements 8–10 years of experience in the financial or crypto industry, with hands-on exposure to trading, partnerships, or strategy Deep understanding of trading strategy and blockchain products Ability to lead client discussions , support sales, and influence product or business unit outcomes Self-starter with the ability to work independently and also guide team members Strong analytical mindset , data-driven decision-making, and logical thinking Excellent communication , critical thinking, and execution capabilities Why Join Binance?Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain company Collaborate with global, top-tier talent ️ Build in an innovative, fast-paced, and remote-first environment Enjoy career growth and continuous learning opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package ????
