Job Description Reporting to the Principal, you will contribute to the strategic direction and overall management of the pre-school, including: Curriculum planning, professional development, mentoring teachers in pedagogy and resource use Parent partnership, community engagement, and talent management Management of centre resources like rostering, inventory, and expenses Implementation of programs, initiatives, and events Centre administrative matters Requirements Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood with 4-6 years of relevant experience At least 2 years in a supervisory role (Senior Teacher, Lead Teacher, Vice-Principal)Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL) is a plus but not mandatory Knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy Experience mentoring educators Experience with SPARK Accreditation is advantageous Additional Information Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Education, Management Industry: Education Administration Programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
