Job Description

What You'll Do

You will work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to organize, improve and support operations across departments: from marketing and finance to daily operations and team processes:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting SOP documentations and streamlining internal workflows;
  • Assisting with finance tracking (basic reporting, cost analysis, inventory tools);
  • Helping coordinate marketing tasks and campaigns;
  • Organizing tasks and timelines across projects and outlets;
  • Researching benchmarks and supporting special projects (e.g. investors decks, new outlets planning).

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Masters program (business, management, marketing, etc.)
  • Extremely organized, independent and solution-oriented.
  • Eager to work in a growing startup with real responsibilities.
  • Confident in tools like Google Drive, Canva, Notion and Excel/Sheets.
