Job Description
What You'll Do
You will work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to organize, improve and support operations across departments: from marketing and finance to daily operations and team processes:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting SOP documentations and streamlining internal workflows;
- Assisting with finance tracking (basic reporting, cost analysis, inventory tools);
- Helping coordinate marketing tasks and campaigns;
- Organizing tasks and timelines across projects and outlets;
- Researching benchmarks and supporting special projects (e.g. investors decks, new outlets planning).
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Masters program (business, management, marketing, etc.)
- Extremely organized, independent and solution-oriented.
- Eager to work in a growing startup with real responsibilities.
- Confident in tools like Google Drive, Canva, Notion and Excel/Sheets.
