Role Overview
As the
Deputy Spot Growth Lead , you will play a critical role in expanding Binance’s spot trading market share. You will collaborate across multiple teams to design and implement growth strategies, optimize processes, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth:
Lead initiatives to increase spot trading market share by identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strategy Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth roadmaps based on industry trends and user behavior.
KPI Definition & Tracking:
Analyze data to define, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).
Operational Optimization:
Design and manage efficient operational workflows to support rapid business scaling.
Product & Tool Enhancements:
Champion improvements in product features and tooling to align with business goals.
Cross-BU Collaboration:
Work closely with multiple business units (BUs) to ensure alignment and maximize impact on spot trading growth.
Qualifications
8 to 10 years of experience in financial or crypto industries.
Strong understanding of financial and blockchain trading strategies, trade structuring, and cross-unit collaboration.
Proven ability to engage clients and participate in sales pitches alongside cross-functional teams.
Independent, solution-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities to guide teams.
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and data analysis skills.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and quick learner.
