As a Merchant Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding and support of merchants. Your responsibilities include managing the merchant onboarding process, providing ongoing assistance, and processing cross-border payments accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage merchant onboarding by evaluating accounts, conducting KYC checks, negotiating agreements, attending meetings, and integrating technical systems.
  • Provide sustained merchant support by handling inquiries, resolving operational issues, and conducting periodic account reviews.
  • Process cross-border payments precisely and on time; investigate and resolve payment-related concerns.
  • Identify process gaps, contribute to workflow enhancements, and collaborate on system and project initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures for merchant and operational processes.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years' relevant experience with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
