  • Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries, providing timely assistance and resolution.
  • Maintain regular communication with merchants, keeping them informed about their application status.
  • Track sales referrals from various business units and sales channels.
  • Generate weekly sales tracking and merchant onboarding reports for internal review.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including document verification and system record checks, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the sales team in daily operations to achieve departmental objectives.

Required Skills:
