Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging role in operations and support?

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team as a Merchant Operations Executive. In this position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance for merchants while supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to assist merchants in gathering and completing required documentation for onboarding and compliance purposes.
  • Review and verify all submitted merchant documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements before submission to the Compliance Department.
  • Act as the main point of contact for merchants regarding documentation-related queries and provide guidance as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Compliance and Finance, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for merchants.
  • Maintain and update merchant records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Support the resolution of any documentation discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing merchant-related reports and operational updates.
  • Provide administrative support for merchant operations, including invoicing and tracking key milestones.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to reviewing documents.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with merchants and internal teams.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with Sales Managers and other departments.
  • Prior experience in operations, documentation management, or customer support is an advantage.
