National Coach Position

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled National Coach to lead our team of coaches in planning and implementing training and competition plans for elite athletes. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, mentorship skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement comprehensive training and competition plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to a team of coaches, guiding them towards growth and development.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and recruit suitable athletes, and develop them towards national team representation.
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, coaches, and stakeholders to ensure the achievement of the organization's goals.
Requirements:
  • Competitive Coaching Experience: At least 5 years of experience coaching elite and developmental youth athletes, with a strong working knowledge in all categories.
  • Coaching Qualification: Preferably holds an internationally recognized high-level coaching qualification.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of coaches.
  • Communication: Able to communicate effectively in English with athletes and stakeholders.
