Job Description
  • A key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic athlete development program. This includes creating an emotionally safe environment that fosters confidence-building, psychosocial growth, and technical skill development.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Refine the Skills and Talent Identification (TID) pathway to ensure a progressive approach to developing athletes.
  • Create an emotionally safe training environment that enables athletes to reach their potential.
  • Assist in crafting optimal competition pathways that balance technical skill development with meaningful competitive experience.
  • Design annual plans for divers within the Skills and TID programmes.
  • Synthesize data on athlete performance to inform coaching decisions.
  • Develop and implement coach education initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Manage logistical aspects of competitions and events.
Requirements:
  • You will have a track record of coaching athletes to junior international level or equivalent.
  • You will possess at least 5 years of practical coaching experience in a recognised programme.
  • You will have a proven ability to create a positive team culture and foster effective communication among team members.
  • You will have a passion for lifelong learning and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
