High Performance Manager

Our goal is to build and maintain a comprehensive athlete development system that integrates seamlessly with national team high-performance programs, national coaching staff liaison, anti-doping program, officiating development, athlete support, and high-performance liaison for major games and competitions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and evaluating high-performance programs and pathways through annual work plans and performance indicators.
  • Collaborating as a key performance liaison between sport governing bodies, national institutes, and the national Olympic council.
  • Designing and integrating long-term performance analysis tools and reporting mechanisms for program evaluation and monitoring.
  • Providing quarterly reports on all high-performance program initiatives, including detailed analysis of final results vs. performance objectives and recommendations for future improvements.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
