We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elite Coach to lead our athletes in competitions at the national and international levels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and visionary coach to make a meaningful impact on our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective training and competition plans to enhance athlete performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior coaches to promote their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with sports organizations to plan and deliver support services for our athletes.
  • Work closely with other coaches and clubs to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a competitive coach, working with elite and developmental youth athletes.
  • Hold an internationally recognized high-level coaching qualification.
  • SG-Coach Level 1 (Full) certification or equivalent, registered with the National Registry of Coaches.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of coaches.
  • Familiarity with sports science principles and long-term athlete development.
  • Able to convey values and character development effectively.
  • Excellent planning, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, essential for interacting with athletes and stakeholders.
