Supportive Family Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Family Services Coordinator, you will work with vulnerable individuals and families, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenging situations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience working with child protection, mental health, and family violence issues. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing emotional support to families in need.

Required Skills and Qualifications- A degree in Social Work or a degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with child protection, mental health, and/or family violence issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Maturity, strong communication skills, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with professionals and families from diverse backgrounds
