We are seeking a dedicated and organized Restaurant Team Leader to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow, and leading a section of the restaurant floor. This includes guiding junior staff, handling guest requests, and monitoring inventory levels.

  • Assist in supervising daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead a section of the restaurant floor, providing attentive and friendly service to guests.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to junior staff, ensuring high-quality service standards are met.
  • Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints professionally, escalating larger issues as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels of essential items and report needs to management.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to implement promotions and new service initiatives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities to handle high-pressure situations.
  • A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork and service excellence.
  • A basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
