**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all aspects of the F&B operations within your assigned area, including overseeing the quality of food and beverages, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the satisfaction of the staff.
- Ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience by engaging with them, paying close attention to detail, and overseeing every aspect of the dining experience.
- Upselling by recommending menu items and making suggestions that will enhance the guests' dining experience.
- Encourage and inspire the team to reach monthly sales targets.
- Setting clear goals and expectations for your team, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Providing coaching and feedback on a regular basis to ensure that your team members are performing at their best.
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in the F&B industry.
- Strong drive and motivation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of F&B trends and best practices.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Restaurant/F&B: 5 years (preferred)
- Restaurant Team Leader: 3 years (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
