Job Title: Boarding and Student Support Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Boarding and Student Support Co-ordinator. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our boarding students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and academic well-being.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pastoral care and support to boarding students, including advising on personal and academic matters.
  • Assist with the coordination of student activities, events, and excursions.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to provide additional academic support to students.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to student welfare and safety.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with secondary school aged students, preferably in a boarding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding practices and child protection policies.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
