Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to boarding students, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Collaborate with the student support team to build a positive and nurturing community.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and participation in school activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to parents and guardians.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar environment or capacity is highly desirable.
