Job Title: Student Support Coordinator">We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Student Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong administrative abilities.">
  • This role is responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks related to student care services and providing effective support to parents, teachers, and staff members.
  • The Student Support Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for parents regarding student attendance, transport arrangements, general concerns, and well-being and manage student-related communication, including emails, phone calls, and notices.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, meeting minutes, documentation, forms and reports.
  • Ensure timely ordering of items required for centre operations and cleanliness.
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for staff and parents.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist with ensuring student care facilities are well-maintained, clean and properly equipped.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of student care services.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
