We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Administration and Operations Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of our academic programmes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Academic Director and Senior Assistant Director, Operations on effective implementation of academic, administrative, and operational processes for the programmes.
This dynamic role involves working closely with the Academic Director and course instructors on course curriculum design, review, and timetabling. You will also be responsible for managing course registration, examination, and related matters, as well as providing robust support for course instructors to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
A key part of this role is monitoring market trends and undertaking active collation of statistics and data required for different surveys and reports. Additionally, you will ensure timely and accurate maintenance of student records and databases, and manage procurement of course materials.
Overseas study segments require your expertise in proposing the structure of these segments, managing overall logistics and procurement matters, and ensuring seamless execution. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in handling student enquiries and monitoring student graduating status.
Requirements:- Degree holder, preferably with relevant work experience of 8 years.
- Good understanding of Chinese culture and China's business environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details and a good team player.
- Quality and customer-service oriented.
- Good interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
- Effectively bilingual (reading, writing, and speaking) in English and Chinese to handle communications with the target student group.
