Join a dynamic team as an Assistant Manager to support the operations of an undergraduate programme, ensuring smooth academic and student administrative services.

The role requires managing and coordinating the delivery of student and academic services for the Undergraduate programme. This includes overseeing the planning and monitoring of student admission progress, coordinating interviews and liaising with stakeholders for the processing and monitoring of applications, admissions, and scholarships outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing student lifecycle administration, including leave of absence, withdrawals, maintaining student records and academic misconduct matters.
  • Overseeing examination processes, including mark processing, appeals, academic integrity, and graduation tasks.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on programme management, including course proposals and curriculum updates.

The incumbent shall provide advisory to students on exchange, course matching and credit.
