**Job Summary**

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our academic programmes and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of curriculum design, and experience in managing resources.

  • The Head of School will provide academic leadership, overseeing the development of inclusive learning experiences and driving continuous improvement in pedagogy and academic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for academic programmes, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and industry relevance.
  • Oversee regular review and enhancement of programmes to ensure academic quality and industry relevance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enrich curriculum design and teaching materials.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in a related discipline, or PhD candidates who can demonstrate exceptional leadership potential.
  • No less than 10 years' experience in higher education administration, preferably in a multi-cultural setting.
  • A minimum of 3 years managerial experience, with a proven track record of driving staff development and organisational growth.
