English and Education Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced English and Education Programme Manager to lead our academic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to international students and Master of Arts in Education Studies modules.

  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Education, English, or a related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in the education sector.

  • In addition to teaching responsibilities, the Programme Manager will also develop and update curriculum for new and existing courses, create educational aids, and set, vet, mark, and moderate assignments and examination scripts.

  • The Programme Manager will work closely with faculty members and other stakeholders to ensure that academic programs meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Education, English, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in teaching and program management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Familiarity with prevailing regulatory requirements for Private Education Institutions (PEIs)
