Programme Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programme Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the overall progress of programme admissions, preparing applicant lists, and conducting pre-screen applications. You will also plan, communicate, and attend student online admission interviews as requested by the programme director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor programme admissions and prepare applicant lists
- Conduct pre-screen applications and certificates and transcripts verification
- Plan and communicate student online admission interviews
- Support matriculation process by following up with student acceptance rates and deposits received
- Assist in examination operations, including invigilation and script checking
- Support student and alumni affairs by assisting in planning and executing events
- Manage role-based accounts and complete ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in handling programme operation
