Programme Operations Coordinator

This role provides foundational support to our programme's operations, maintaining day-to-day efficiency through administrative coordination and operational support.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate routine day-to-day programme operations tasks
- Manage data collection and entry for analysis
- Prepare documentation for review and feedback
- Perform various administrative functions and engage with participants
- Undertake other duties as assigned by management
- Diploma holder with at least 4 years' relevant experience or GCE O/A level or NITEC in Office Skills with 8-10 years of experience
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control will be an advantage
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Proficient in using spreadsheets, databases, and word processors (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Positive personality with initiative and open to learning new areas of work
- Compliance with policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection acts
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
