Programme Operations Coordinator

The Programme Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless day-to-day programme efficiency. This is achieved through effective administrative coordination and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine programme operations support
- Manage data collection and entry processes
- Prepare documentation for analysis purposes
- Support administrative functions and participant engagement initiatives
- Perform other duties assigned by senior management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 4 years' relevant experience or GCE O/A level or NITEC in Office Skills with 8-10 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control is an asset
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills, including book-keeping
- Proficient in using spreadsheets, databases, and word processors (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Positive personality with initiative and open to learning new areas of work
- Complies with institutional policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection acts
- Works well individually and as part of a team
