Programme Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Programme Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for programmes planning and events management, technical support for Learning Management System related activities, and assisting in the running of operations for winter/summer programmes and events.
This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in programme operations, event management, or a related field. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A polytechnic diploma or equivalent is preferred
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience in programme operations, event management, or a related field is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and organization skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Administrative support for programmes planning and events management
- Technical support for Learning Management System related activities
- Assist in the running of operations for winter/summer programmes and events
- Assist in market research for various markets
