We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workplace safety and health, with the ability to develop and implement effective safety programs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive workplace safety protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate with staff to promote a culture of safety and provide training on safety procedures.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of safety data and report findings to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace safety, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Valid Senior Fire Safety Manager certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
