Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Occupational Health and Safety Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective occupational health and safety policies and procedures that meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive occupational health and safety management system to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and recommend preventive actions to minimize risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on occupational health and safety practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction or a related field, preferably in an occupational health and safety role.
  • Advanced Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
  • Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, practices, and standards.
