Occupational Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Professional to develop and implement effective health and safety policies, procedures, and practices across our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- To identify and mitigate potential hazards within the workplace environment.
- To develop and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
- To conduct research on regulatory requirements and best practices in occupational health and safety.
- To oversee and direct accident investigations and analysis processes.
- To maintain accurate records of health and safety-related incidents and recommend corrective measures.
- To collaborate with senior management to identify health and safety issues and ensure adherence to established safety rules.
- To organize regular training sessions for staff members.
- To continuously evaluate and improve health and safety policies, methods, and programs.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist.
- Registered certification in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting statistics.
