**Job Title:** Occupational Health and Safety Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Manager to oversee our workplace safety and health protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with experience in implementing and monitoring safety protocols.


**Roles and Responsibilities**
  • Develop and implement comprehensive workplace safety and health protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote workplace safety awareness.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of safety incidents and near misses.
  • Provide guidance on emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills.
  • Develop and update safe work procedures and protocols as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Masters degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g. OHST, CHSP).
  • 5+ years of experience in occupational health and safety management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
