Job Description:

At Databricks, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with key accounts in the GCR market.

As an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

You will be accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to ensure successful adoption of our data and AI platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of our platform
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in a similar role

Strong knowledge of cloud software and open-source technologies

Experience working in a consumption-based sales motion

Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-growing organization

Fluent Mandarin and English language skills
