Job Summary

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for leading the development of healthy precincts through collaboration with stakeholders and partners.

The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate role based on experience, with opportunities for leadership and supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to advance healthy precincts, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and community health outcomes.
  2. Identify and collaborate with internal and external partners to enable successful on-ground activation of healthy precincts.
  3. Design and implement community health plans that prioritize preventive health and social-health integration.
  4. Track and review progress on community health plan implementation across different focus areas.
  5. Provide secretariat support for meetings and manage related administrative tasks.
  6. Perform other duties, projects, or assignments as directed by the reporting officer and/or head of department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in planning, program development, stakeholder engagement, management, and project management.
  • Critical thinking and strategic planning skills, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and management skills to foster collaboration and buy-in.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving and resilience in overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Singapore healthcare systems and/or population health models is advantageous.
