Key Responsibilities:

This role spans recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and compliance, while also overseeing general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

You'll be responsible for setting up foundational HR processes while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

This is a highly hands-on position, requiring someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done in a lean, fast-growing regional setup.

What We're Looking For In You
","

We're looking for an experienced HR professional with 12–15 years of regional experience, ideally gained in regional offices set-up.

","

A strong grasp of employment laws across Singapore and knowledge in Southeast Asia, including Japan, is essential.

","

Proven ability to set up HR frameworks, policies, and processes from scratch is required, along with strong stakeholder management skills and comfort operating in lean, fast-moving environments.

Experience in commodity, agribusiness, manufacturing, or supply chain-driven sectors is desirable.
