Description:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Operations Manager to lead our HR operations in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Operations Management: Manage and coordinate all HR-related activities, ensuring seamless execution of processes and procedures.
  2. Recruitment and Employee Relations: Lead regional recruitment efforts, develop and implement employee engagement strategies, and resolve conflicts and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits, and manage employee data and records.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks and liabilities.
  5. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, providing coaching and feedback to employees to drive growth and improvement.
  6. Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
