About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the creation of BIM Execution Plans, clash detection reports, and quality control plans, as well as coordinate the overall use of BIM for projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, Architectural or Structural Engineering Construction Management
  • More than 8 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, and/or coordination
  • Formally trained in BIM (Specialist Diploma or equivalent Modelling Training certification)
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Bentley Microstation, Rhino, Sketchup
  • Experience in software such as Fuzor, Lumion, Adobe CC
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
