We are seeking a highly skilled BIM professional to lead our project management efforts.

  • Coordinate the effective use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive BIM Execution Plans and Clash Detection Reports.
  • Collaborate with clients and contractors on project-wide BIM initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of BIM-related activities and progress updates, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Resolve BIM-related challenges and issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing project delays.
  • Oversee BIM software usage throughout the project lifecycle, optimizing performance and efficiency.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum diploma in Engineering, supplemented by relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CAD and 3D model implementation and management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BIM technologies and tools, including popular Authoring Tools.
  • Experience in BIM coordination or BIM management within a design, engineering, or construction firm, with a strong understanding of project workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent presentation/communication abilities, and a passion for BIM.
