Job Summary

BIM Project Leads play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of Building Information Modelling projects. The key responsibilities include developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans, leading and managing BIM teams, collaborating with designers and stakeholders to resolve project issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or GIS/Building Science-related domains. Certificates in Autodesk Revit advanced modules are also required. At least 6 years of BIM-related Design and/or Construction experience with demonstrated technical knowledge progression is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and software-specific working knowledge in MS Project/Primavera and others is necessary.
