Job Title: Senior Building Information Modelling Professional

As a senior BIM professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in building information modeling strategies across various projects.

Your responsibilities will include leading BIM-focused projects, developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans, integrating BIM into digital workflows, generating clash reports, and overseeing multidisciplinary coordination. You will also troubleshoot issues with models and projects, guide the BIM team, provide guidance to architects, and plan and resource delivery aspects of projects.

Requirements:
  • A specialist diploma in BIM or a degree in architecture is required; at least 5 years of relevant experience in BIM leadership is necessary.
  • You should be proficient in Singapore BIM Standards, have a strong drive to stay updated with the latest BIM developments, and commit to continual improvement.
  • You should possess comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, tools, and technologies, as well as capacity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with good leadership abilities and excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
