Senior BIM Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior BIM Manager to oversee the Building Information Modelling (BIM) process in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM technology, software, and workflows, as well as excellent project management and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows across the organization. This includes coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data.

In addition to their technical expertise, the Senior BIM Manager will also be responsible for training and educating project team members on BIM technology and workflows. They will also troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues and conflicts that may arise during projects.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record of experience in BIM, preferably with a degree in an engineering field. Relevant certifications and expertise in BIM software programs such as Revit and AutoCAD are essential. Experience in MEP Projects is also advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the BIM process in the organization
  • Implement and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project stakeholders
  • Train and educate project team members on BIM technology and workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues and conflicts

Requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering field
  • Expert knowledge of BIM technology, software, and workflows
  • Strong presentation, project management, team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in BIM software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
